	Opening Times 9.00am to 5.00pm Monday to Friday Weekends from 11.00am to 4.00pm   Christmas Eve 11.00am to 4.00pm
Purchases can be made during these times, please ring prior to coming to avoid disappointment.

PLACING AN ORDER

Payment can be made by either cheque or credit card transaction.

Credit Card Payment

If you wish to pay using a credit card, please confirm details of your order by e-mail along with your full mailing address and telephone number and send to sales@glasform.com
We will then telephone you for your credit card details once your order is ready to be despatched. We currently accept most credit & debit cards

Cheques

If you wish to pay by cheque, please confirm your order in writing along with your full mailing address and contact telephone number enclosing a cheque made payable to: ’Glasform Ltd ’
and send to: Pointer House Farm, Fleetwood Road, Singleton, Lancashire, FY6 8NE.
Your cheque will be presented just prior to despatch to allow the necessary funds to clear.

Carriage Charges - U.K. Only

Carriage charges vary from £1.50 for a keyring
up to a maximum charge of £12.00 for all other orders.

Delivery can be made anywhere in the world.
Overseas carrige varies please email us for details.
